Never was a mom to buy character shoes but these were too cute not to. My toddler loves Elmo and I love Stride Rite. What a great combination!

We got these for our 10 month old for out side and we love them! They are our second pair of stride rite shoes for him, we did buy them a half a size big so he can wear them through out the summer. Love that they carry them in wide, we have such a hard time finding shoes for him.

We bought these shoes for our daughter at around 11 months as she was a super early walker (she started walking at 7 months) since she needed something to wear both inside and outside. The Elmo shoes are great - they are easy to put on, she walks great in them, they are super cute, definitely worth the purchase! Oh, and these don't have to be boy shoes!

I purchsed this cute little shoe for my 7 month old about 3 months ago. I noticed that he had a area on his feet that was kind of tough. Come to fnd out that this shoe was not wide enough for his little feet and it had been rubbing against the side of his feet.
We were all in love with this shoe because the color attracted his attention because of its color and the shoe itself is so cute! I would recommend this shoe to someone who has a narrower foot.

My son loves these! I love them for many reasons. First, the velcro straps fasten alternatively ways (one strap fastens to the left, the other to the right), so he really has to work hard at taking them off. Second, the tongue opens wide so you can fit the whole foot in comfortably without feeling like your are jamming your child's foot in the shoe. Third, the sole is soft and pliable. He looks very comfortable walking in them and does not trip as much as he did with his other shoes. I think he loves red, too! So, overall it is a great shoe!

Absolutely love these shoes! My son began taking his first steps immediately after leaving the store and was walking on his own a few days afterward. He got the Let's Rock Elmo toy for his birthday and has a fit over him so these shoes were perfect. My other children had Stride Rite shoes when they began walking as well. Wonderful investment and so important to take care of baby's feet.

We got these as my son's first shoes, he can walk while holding onto things like tables, but still a crawler. My 11 month old has very wide feet so I was excited to find shoes that came in wide and had long straps to help stay on his feet, big pluses! But within one week of wearing the first pair, the stitching came apart on the front of the shoe. I figured a fluke and exchanged them, the second pair we have had for less than two weeks, the tongue of the shoe has now come apart from the stitching. I am willing to pay a little more, knowing they fit well and are good quality, but when I am paying $45 for baby shoes they need to stay together. Great style, bad quality.

I ordered these in two different sizes I LOVE THEM. My son is an Elmo fanatic! These shoes are perfect for him. They run a tad bit on the wide side (compared to other stride rite pre-walkers, I work in a Stride Rite retail store, so I have a pretty good notion of how the shoes run) but considering the fact that most babies are very wide in the foot region, it's okay! I took them home with me, today in fact, and he loved them! We had a good jaunt around the living room and showed off our shoes to everyone. These aren't just cute, they're good for his feet, and that's more than good enough for me!
