Stinky feet!

My daughter wore these most of the summer. After a couple of months the shoes (and her feet) began to STINK terribly! I tried washing them several times, but the first time they were worn next they were just as stinky again. I had to throw them away. I couldn't keep them in the house because it made the whole house smell. Yuck! I have not had this happen with any other shoes.

Great shoe for summer

I have bought 3 pairs of this shoe for my daughter. She wore the first pair so much that I bought another in her current size and another a half size up for when school starts in the fall. My only criticism is that they got really stinky (took about a month of wear for them to smell)! I have not run them through the washing machine yet, so that could help.

great multi-purpose shoe

This shoe seems like it will be very versatile. My daughter wore them with socks since it's not all that warm yet, and loved them - "they feel squishy" she said. I like that they can get wet, for those days when we will be near the lake this summer. She has very narrow feet though, and these seem a bit wide. But they are made from forgiving materials (neoprene lining) so it doesn't seem like it will be bothersome to her.

Havanajen great summer shoe

My 6 year wore these to school with socks all day. I knew I was taking a risk for new shoes but was confident that these wouldn't be a problem. She has wide feet and is very active and tough on shoes. These will be great for the summer. They have 2 places for adjustment, one in the back and one across top.
