Bought these for my son who loves superheroes and against my better judgement. I don't usually like these types of sneakers but thought I'd try. The width is too narrow and the velcro closure never lines up causing the strap to always come undone. There is an elastic band that seems to be in the way when you try and put the sneaker on. My son didn't like these and became tired of the immediately due to them coming undone and not fitting properly. Its probably medium in weight, big and clunky for a sneaker. Returned them right away and heard the same complaints from the salespeople. Poorly designed.

My son loved how the look, but shoe's don't last!

My son loves spider-man and loved these shoes, but only 2 months in to having them the strap at top buckle ripped loose. Now I have a 8 year old and he is ruff on shoes, but feel this was a little to soon to break.

Very cute, Ethan loves them. My only complaint (very minor) is that the shoes are hard to get on because of the elastic built in under the tongue of the shoes. However, as a whole, we're thrilled.
