My 8year old has very wide feet. I ordered these in a size 4 W and they were too small..the woman at stride rite said they run small. I reordered them in a size 5w and they fit! I just wish they were available in the stores. I guess they don't sell enough of the big kid sizes in store so they are only on line! Will buy again until he masters shoe tying!

My son has a wide foot so I purchased this shoe in wide and my loves them. I have ordered another pair in Navy. He is seven and rather have the velcro than laces.
