Boots Don't Stay On

I bought these to keep my 1 year old dry during the unusually cold and wet winter here in So Cal but she didn't wear them much because they just wouldn't stay on. I had her measured the week before so I knew her size when I bought them but they seem to run either too big or too wide - not really sure. Love the style, just wish they would have fit her during the winter instead of most likely during the summer.

Just bought these in store for my daughter yesterday (2/2/13) and she loves them! She's been walking since 7.5 months (she's 10 months now) so she has a lot of practice walking! As soon as I zipped them up, she flew outta the store :) They have great traction and they look cute too. She wears a size 4 now but I purchased a 4.5. I'll probably purchase the next size up too!

I ordered these boots for my 16 month old daughter this fall and although they started off a little big (I ordered up a size), she was able to wear them comfortably and is still wearing them now at 20 months. They are our "go to" shoes because they are durable and the soles are super flexible which makes is easy to run around and climb at the park. I would highly recommend these boots and we will probably order them in the next size up!

The shoe laces on these boots are tacked into place but if you need to to be able to tighten the boots you can untack the laces with the seam ripper tool from your sewing basket or carefully clip away the threads with a pair of sissors. The lace ARE fully functioning once you clip away the tacking threads.
That said, the boots are adorable but I have noticed the faux fur lining is quicky thinning and not holding up as well as I would have expected from a StrideRite shoe. Other than that the boot is cute and goes very well with a number of my daughter's winter themed sweater dresses.

I got these boots on sale for my 13 month old and couldn't love them more. Like the other reviews said, they do seem to run a bit big. This wasn't a problem for me since my daughter had an opportunity to try them on at the store. She has no issue walking in them, they're very warm, and incredibly cute. My daughter even squeals with delight when I take them out of the closet. Guess we have a lot in common when it comes to shoes! :)

This boots won't stay on!

I thought this boots were adorable, but won't stay on. I love all SR shoes but not this boots. There has to be a better way to help boots to stay on. There has to be a Velcro strap or shoe laces that you can actually adjust (not laces just for looks like the one on this boots).

the boots are adorable, but i am dissapointed with the quality. my baby has worn only worn them once and the stitching has started to unravel on both boots.

Cute boots but not as "cozy" as I expected

I bought these boots for my 18 month old b/c I thought they were super cute & "cozy" but when I got it on the mail, it was not what I expected based on the description online. The boots run a little big & are not soft/warm inside. I have to put 2 socks on before the boots to prevent her from falling b/c it's a little too big. Kinda wish I chose a different one.
