Fun Lighting and a Great Fit

My son is having a great time wearing his Jedi to Sith sneakers. They fit his feet and the lighting is really very cool! I have had no problems with the strap. Stride Rite shoes are usually high quality, and that is the case with these sneakers.
As long as they make my kid feel good, that's all I can ask for. I have no problem recommending these sneakers to other moms of young Star Wars fans.

My son saw these sneakers on the television and I got them for his birthday. They fit perfectly when they arrived (which was prompt, too) but the red lights on the one shoe were dim to being nearly unnoticable and I had to travel to the closest StrideRite Store (20+ min) to exchange.

My nephew loved the red flashing face of Darth Vader that shows up in dim/dark lighting. He kept running up and down my unlit hallway, and then took his shoes off and shook them to make Darth Vader's face glow at him! The blue lights in the daytime are also pretty neat. This is a really great little sneaker for young Stars Wars fans. Kids can make up their own Star Wars story with these sneakers.

Petepie Shoe has strap problems.

If I'd only had to replace this shoe once, I would have thought I just got a defected shoe. However, I've had this shoe break TWICE. First, the tab on the velcro strap came off after 3 weeks. I got a replacement. Then the very next week the velcro strap broke on the new pair of shoes. I'm going to return them this week and just get a completely different shoe.
