These shoes were a hit and worth the price! Our two years old daughter is able to put these on by herself. The day after the shoes arrived my husband stated Caitlynn put them on and didn't take then off until bedtimE! They provide amazing support for her feet.

Adorable but they don't fit right

This is the second style of disney princess shoes from Stride Rite that I have tried for my daughters, and they don't fit appropriately. The heel-back area of the shoe is normal, but the front-toe area is too pointed and squishes her toes together (which our podiatrist says is bad for growing feet to have the toes crunched together). It was uncomfortable to even try on at home, although we thought it looked so cute that we were hoping to make them work, but we had to return them immediately. If the shoe hurts their feet, don't bother to keep them, it's just not worth it. We will keep checking striderite.com for more cute styles that have a more oblique or natural foot shape for my daughters. I have confidence that Stride Rite will make positive changes in the way they make little girls shoes. I am not giving up yet.

Way too narrow, although shoes are cool

I was really excited once my 3 year old daughter was big enough to fit into the *actual* Disney Princess shoes (size 8.5). I ordered these online, and used the foot-measuring printout to confirm that she was, indeed, an 8.5. I knew from prior in-store measuring her feet were a "medium", not a wide, so I decided to order the 8.5M and to surprise her with new Princess shoes.
She was super-excited when she opened the box and immediately tried to put them on. She was very disappointed and started to cry because she said they hurt her feet. When I checked, I was shocked at just how narrow the "mediums" were. I knew they looked narrow, but I was really surprised by how much they were pinching her feet (again, which had been measured as a medium in-store). So I had to explain to my daughter that she wasn't allowed to wear her new Cinderella shoes because Mommy had to exchange them (you can imagine how that went).
Apparently, the Cinderella 8.5-wide is not carried in-store -- only online. So not wanting to wait any more, I either could get a 9 medium (which might have helped a bit, but still was too narrow) or switch to the 8.5-wide Aurora shoe. I chose Aurora, and my daughter was happy.
She still complains that the 8.5-Wide is too tight, but these are better than the Mediums and she LOVES her shoes. They have the brightest light-up sparkles I have ever seen, and she adores them.
But I would NOT recommend getting these online since the sizing is so different from the other Stride Rite shoes and I don't know if I would go with these again in the future because of how narrow even the wide is.
