My grandson loves these shoes.He was smiling ear to ear. I was so
happy to find them on this site. He has a wide foot which makes it
difficult to find certain shoes. I felt bad that he could not get light up
shoes in his size. My daughter suggested this site and I found these
for him.He's a very tall 4 yr old with a wide foot, so you know spider man is his favorite super hero.Thank you Stride Rite.

I really like the idea of a shoe combined with a sandal. Looking at them and seeing them in action, I'm not sure there is any difference between these and other types of sandals we have bought, though. My little guy seems to like them (size 13.5M) - took off running as soon as they were on and no complaints yet. The lights on the pair I received did not work and I was able to exchange them with no problem. The lights are VERY bright. Guess I should have kept the defective pair. I wish I could turn them off somehow but my son loves that feature. Decent enough traction on the bottom for outdoor playing. Easy to get on, stays on like sneakers, and easy for him to get off. No noticeable odor so far after about a month.
Wish they came in something other than spiderman.
