The insoles are very cheap and keep rumpling and coming out when my daughter puts them on or takes them off. Overall they seem extremely cheaply made and nowhere near as durable as I expect from Stride Rite. Very disappointed.

Cute and stylish sneaker

My daughter has a wide foot and high instep. Finding a glitzy and fun colored sneaker with decent support isn't easy - these are pretty good. She loves the colors and the style. My only concern is that it seems like the toe box could be a little roomier. Hopefully these will work - time will tell.

We always buy shoes from Stride Rite. My daughter loved the charm on these shoes and they are comfortable and fit well, but they started to fall apart after only 2 weeks of wear. First, the top velcro strip came unglued. Then the bottom velcro strip. Now, after two months, the sole has come apart in the front. I'm very disappointed as I have other sneakers from the store that have lasted for more than a year without falling apart.

Comfort Is What Counts

Bought these for my granddaughter who has a wide foot and comfort is most important to her. Even though comfort is her first priority, she loved the color style, and velcro closure straps. She said the kids at school complemented her on how great they looked and especially like the charm!

my daughter has a very narrow heel and very wide toes. Shoes with wide toes are clunky and she won't wear them. So we buy at least 1/2 size too big (as the shoe measurer would deem it). nevertheless she loves these shoes. And i paid full price, which I never do, becuase her other shoes were hurting her toes (usually I keep a half size up on hand). And they are not flimsy like many of the stylish shoes. they also have good arch support.
