I didn't intend on purchasing these sandals, I was looking for a good pair of shoes for Easter. Well, my 3 year old saw these & insisted that we get them! With the BOGO going on, I purchased these as well as Easter shoes. He talked about his "shark shoes" everyday until they finally arrived this morning. He has now been wearing them all day & even took a nap in them! They are very light weight & seem easy to keep clean. Their durability as far as the outdoors go, hasn't been tested, but they seem quite durable to me. I purchase these in Wide & there is plenty of room for his wide feet. I've inspected his feet & don't see any marks where they were pinching or anything like that. My 3 year old is so happy & a happy toddler makes for a happy Mommy :)
