Good summer shoe

These shoes work really well with my 15 month old who has only been walking just over a month. They don't hold him back or have ever tripped him up. They are light weight but still durable enough for him to walk on uneven or rough surfaces with confidence. The fit is good and they are very easy to put on his feet, which is a big thing that we look for when buying his shoes. I like the holes in the sides, they let his feet breathe well when it is hot outside, but as they do have holes, I wouldn't put them on him when raining or in snow. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that the little tabs that hold the velcro loops get caught under the tongue of the shoe and I have the fish them out so it doesn't rub wrong on my son's feet. Otherwise, great shoe!
