Cute but stitching came out after one wear

I purchased these shoes for my 5 year old daughter. She loved them but after wearing only one time, the stitching at the toe came loose and then came apart. I emailed stride rite and then called them and they were friendly and said they would send me a new pair since I only had the other pair for about a week. We are still waiting for the new pair and will see how they hold up.

I bought these when they were on sale for my daughter to go to 1st grade in--no annoying shoes laces to worry about coming untied--and she couldn't have been more pleased with them. The fit just right, they cleaned up easily, and were very stylish and cute with every outfit. I'm glad I bought two pairs in different sizes because when she outgrows the first ones she's going to be excited about the second pair!
