These shoes are VERY hard to get on my daughter's feet. Wish we did not buy them. Would not recommend them

My daughter has a few of the light up sneakers from the sugar and spice line at stride rite. These shoes wear really well and the lights have lasted several months even with frequent use. Per the other reviews, you need to order a full size larger than your child wears. Mine measures 9-9.5 at other shoe stores but in this line of shoes she got a 10.5. Even if they end up being too big, kids' feet are always growing. Now that they are on sale I will buy a larger size for later on!

I purchased these for my daughter and have usually been very happy with the fit of Stride Rite wide shoes. However, these were very narrow and seemed to be sized small as well. It was disappointing b/c they are super cute and she was very excited about them. I would not recommend them for kids who need a wide shoe, especially in the toe box area.

My daughter got these in a 9W to replace another pair of Stride Rite shoes in the same size.
She loved them right out of the box, which was unfortunate because they are a full size too small. She refused to take them off once we practically shoe horned them on her because they were so cute.
I let her wear them twice, but they are just too small. I am back online looking for bigger shoes because my local Stride Rite closed permanently.
These are so cute and well made. Just make sure to buy a full size bigger than your child wears.
