Fantastic Little Rugged Shoe

As soon as my son saw these, he had to wear them! That first day, he didn't take them off until bathtime...and we usually remove our shoes in the house. When I ask him to go get his shoes, he always picks these! I like the fact that the traction is great and they go with almost everything, plus they can take quite a beating. The only part I don't like is that the top strap is not fully adjustable because it's sewn into the shoe, unlike the bottom strap. Because my son's foot is a bit narrow, there is always a little slack in the bottom strap. Other than that, this is a great shoe!

My 1 1/2 year old has been wearing these for a few months now. They barely look worn (although they're the only shoes he wears). They give him great traction while he's running all over the place and they match his clothes very well too!
I had trouble with UPS when this was shipped to me and customer service with stride rite fixed everything! Excellent product and excellent service make me a very happy customer!

Great Neutral Addition

The shoe fits my 3 1/2 year old well and he wears wide. The sole is very flexible and offers excellent traction. I like that it is neutral so he can wear these with his blue, black or tan shorts. They don't show dirt like shoes with white fabric. The only negative I had was the stitching on the tongue was not very secure. Since it is mesh, though, I was able to easily reinforce the stitching myself with thread and needle.
